Where is MAG?

x

MAG was established to give people in the Midlands a regular Amiga event that they could attend without having to travel a great distance. The only problem is that the midlands is still a pretty big place. Expecting people to travel from one side of the Midlands to the other to attend a meeting is unfair and often impractical.

This is why MAG members can suggest potential venues for future meetings. Anybody can put forward a venue for a MAG meeting in their own area if there isn't one that is accessible. The venues can then be alternated and the responsibility shared which makes organising regular meetings more achievable.

Earlsdon, Coventry: Earlsdon Avenue South. CV5 6DN

The first venue for the MAG is the Methodist Church hall in Earlsdon in Coventry. It is situated a few minutes away from the City Centre and from the A45 and A46.
Facilities:

DIRECTIONS: From Coventry City Centre ring road take junction 7 and follow the signs to Earlsdon (go up Albany Road). At the centre of Earlsdon is a tiny round-about; the church is on the left as you go up the road, so take a left at the round-about and then the next left to park in the church carpark. Google Maps

Dordon Village Hall, Tamworth

The second venue that MAG has been held is the village hall in Dordon, near Tamworth. The hall is situated close enough to Coventry for members to attend and provides a venue for people where Coventry is too far away.

DIRECTIONS: At present there is no map or directions available but more information will be posted in the near future.
