What is MAG?
MAG is a new-ish Amiga usergroup setup in the absence of any real Amiga activity. Every once in a while there were big events that happened and they tended to be miles and miles away from the midlands, so it was decided to create and establish something locally that could serve a larger number of people.
What we enjoy seeing is a large amount of people turning up and bringing their machines with them, whether they are new, old, broken or emulated. We want to see as many friendly faces who have the same enthusiasm as we do for Amiga computers.
MAG Activities:
- Demonstrations (by members of their systems or updated software)
- Project development and progress reports
- Informal Amiga Chat
- Problem solving (hardware & software)
- Buying or selling Amiga hardware, ORIGINAL software & MAG merchandise
- Game playing (informal & tournaments)
- Food & Drink (which can be purchased from nearby shops)
- Yahoo! Usergroup (for sharing ideas, information and discussion between meetings)
- MAG BASH - Large Amiga meeting
Gallery Images:
Each meeting many pictures are taken and will be uploaded onto the gallery for all of our members to view. This will hopefully give a flavour of the meetings and provide evidence of all the things that we having going on for anybody who is interested in joining..
